We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we've made the return process simple and straightforward.

1. Our 14-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return authorization.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • It must have all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Please note that returns must be formally requested first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as quickly as possible.

4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products: This includes special orders or personalized/modified items.

  • Final Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you desire (e.g., a different size or color) is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This streamlines the process and ensures the replacement item is reserved for you.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The return eligibility criteria listed above (unworn, unused, with tags, and original packaging) still apply, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take additional time (5-15 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
